Truffle Aioli Sauce

Homemade Truffle Aioli – The Magical Sauce You’ll Put on Everything

- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 small garlic clove finely grated or mashed
- 1 tsp white vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp truffle oil, truffle powder or grated truffle adjust to taste
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp smoked paprika or your fave natural spice blend
Mix the mayo, garlic, and vinegar/lemon juice until smooth.
Stir in parsley, truffle oil/powder/shredded truffle, salt, pepper, and spices.
Taste and tweak - a little more truffle oil or powder if you're fancy, a pinch more garlic if you're bold.
Chill for 15–30 minutes in the fridge to let the flavors blend beautifully.
💡 How to Use It
Dip your Queso Triangas in it (trust me).
Spread it on burgers, steaks or wraps.
Serve with grilled veggies or crispy potatoes.
Toss it with roasted cauliflower for a fancy side dish.
